Stanford McNeal Sr.: Promoted September 1998 to Ju-Dan Rank by
Grand Master Donald baker upon Master Bakers active retirement from martial
arts. On March 27, 1999 in Cleveland , Ohio Master McNeal was promoted
President and Executive Board of Directors of the World Martial Arts Hall of
Fame to the Rank of Ju-Dan 10th. Degree Black Belt. Dr. McNeal was also
acknowledged as Soke head founder of the Kifaru Jitsu Martial Arts System
and placed on the Executive Board of the W.M.A.H.O.F.
